氮化物專用超細研磨立式無軸封無篩網砂磨機

我公司自主研發生產的氮化物砂磨機，是一款獲得專利認證的高效納米材料制備專用機械。這款砂磨機的轉子結構采用渦輪銷釘式結構，大大增強剪切力，使得物料在磨腔內得到高速切割、分散，從而快速變細，研磨細度可以達到亞微米級甚至納米級。可用于研磨氮化硅、氮化鋁、六方氮化硼等高硬度材料。

這款機械的設計亮點在于無軸封的結構，能夠解決傳統砂磨機使用當中機械軸封泄露、損壞的問題，從而大大降低機械維護的成本。采用無篩網離心分離的出料方式，能使得這款砂磨機能夠使用直徑顆粒未能排出，在磨腔內停留時間較長而被磨細，以致最終產品顆粒均勻，分布窄。

7.Efficient ultrafine classification and grinding

In grinding process, fine particles are classified from barrel to avoid over-grinding, while coarse particles are recirculated into the mill for re-grinding, resulting in efficient production of fine particles with narrow size distribution.
