螺旋鉆機安全操作規程
1、司機必須經培訓合格后，方可上機操作，所有工作人員應穿絕緣鞋，戴安全帽。
2、應配正副司機各一人，司機酒后或患病不得上機操作。
3、司機必須進行設備的日常維護保養，對機械狀況認真填寫記錄。
4、工作前應檢查電機及其它電器絕緣情況，發現問題隨即處理。
5、樁機施工現場應在離開高壓電線(纜)、油氣管道的有關規定危險距離以外工作。
6、起落立柱應有專人指揮與操作，支腳與履靴應同時接地，前支腿伸于前方，立柱、斜撐下嚴禁站人。
7、樁機移位時應有專人指揮，并安排人員移動電源線以防碰壓。支腳下松軟時應用枕木等輔墊以保證接地比壓。
8、樁機移動、回轉時嚴禁用上盤、履靴頂土或排除障礙物。特別提示：鉆機、回轉時移動前應及時清土、清障處理；支腿支起否則極易發生鉆機損壞事故，影響正常施工。
9、施工現場不平度應小于2°，地面承載力不小于100kPa。
10、鉆孔時注意調整立柱垂直度，并應使支腳與履靴同時接地。
11、本機在六級以下風力工作。在大風雨雪天氣應停止施工，且在大風時應加纜繩予以保護。
12、施工中若樁機回轉支路頻繁自動停止，其一應檢查電機綜合保護器電流刻度調節值是否合適，其二應及時排除樁機回轉過程中的障礙。
